The stars who took part in the photoshoot are, among others, Robert Lewandowski, Wojciech Szczęsny, Grzegorz Krychowiak and Polish national team coach Jerzy Brzęczek.

Each of the football players posed in an outfit reminiscent of important events from the beginning of the history of Polish football. Lewandowski, Bayern Munich’s star player, wore the football attire from Poland’s first professional international football game against Hungary in 1921.

It is a memorable tournament, because it was Poland’s debut at the Cup during which they played a dramatic game against Brazil which they lost 5:6. Coach Brzęczek wore a suit from the 1920s.
