According to a poll by the Kantar TNS agency, ANO could win an election on 28 percent of the vote.
However, the result of the survey is a bit tricky for government leaders as the movement has lost two percent since October´s elections. The Czech Pirate Party who got under 11 percent in October would now receive 15 percent, and 13 percent of respondents said they would vote for the Civic Democrats.
The survey also showed that participation in the government coalition does not help the Social Democrats to achieve better results. They would receive 6.5 percent, even The Communists or Freedom and Direct Democracy would receive more. Nine parties would enter the Chamber of Deputies.
The study also paid attention to sociodemographic indicators. The popularity of ANO significantly increases with age. More than 40 percent of people over the age of 60 would vote for the party formed by Andrej Babis. On the other hand, Pirates are attractive especially for young people.
Several differences are also reflected in the category of education. People with basic education tend to choose the Communists and Freedom and Direct Democracy. Right-wing parties such as Civic Democrats or TOP 09 are more popular among the people with higher education.
