German reporter’s 12-year-old sister manages to escape Arab man at Berlin gas station, but prosecutors have already dropped investigation

"The available documents indicate that the accused was incapable of guilt at the time of the offense, such that a punishment is not legally possible," reads a letter from the Berlin prosecutor's office

A German reporter for the Nius news outlet has shared a post on X describing how an Arab man grabbed his 12-year-old sister near a Berlin gas station and tried to grab her away. However, after a quick arrest, prosecutors have already released the perpetrator due to his “pathological mental disorder.”

Writing on X, Marc Sierzputowski shared the details of the incident.

“My little sister (12) is grabbed by the arm by an Arab at a dark gas station, and he tries to drag her away. She gets scared, bursts into tears, and runs back to the car. She had only moved a few meters away from our car and had stayed within sight. Police called, report filed,” he writes.

Then, Sierzputowski adds the incredible fact that the case has already been closed because the perpetrator has a “pathological mental disorder,” including documentation supporting his story.

“Now, the bitter pill: Investigation dropped because the perpetrator, Hodr El-M., has a ‘pathological mental disorder.’ This state does not protect its children, on the contrary. No one knows where this man is lurking now and waiting for more little children.

What might have happened if he had gotten his hands on my sister? Such incidents radicalize me so enormously, I don’t even dare to write any further. Good night.”

Regarding the contents of the letter, it reads: “Pursuant to § 20 of the Criminal Code (StGB), a perpetrator acts without guilt if, at the time of committing the offense, due to a pathological mental disorder, a profound other mental defect, or a severe other mental disorder, he is incapable of perceiving the wrongfulness of the offense or of acting in accordance with such perception. The available documents indicate that the accused was incapable of guilt at the time of the offense, such that a punishment is not legally possible.”

Whether the man will be hospitalized or not remains unclear; however, Sierzputowski is undoubtedly concerned about what the man who grabbed his sister is currently up to, and whether there will be more victims.

The case caught the attention of Dutch political activist and commentator Eva Vlaardingerbroek, who said she is friends with the NIUS reporter. She stated that it was the type of case that explains why “so many rapes and murders in Europe are committed by migrants who were already known to the police—and should have been in jail but weren’t.”

After describing the details of the case and the arrest of the suspect, Vlaardingerbroek asks: “What happened next? The investigation got dropped because the perpetrator, Hodr El-M., apparently has a ‘mental disorder’ and therefore cannot be held accountable for what he did. So now he’s back out there, on the loose, until he finds his next victim—and God forbid, actually succeeds to do what he wanted to do to Marc’s sister. A disaster waiting to happen, facilitated by the German legal system that willingly subjects its own people to genocidal violence.”

Tragedies involving young girls kidnapped, raped, assaulted, and even murdered by migrants who should never have been in Europe have become commonplace in recent years.

Last year, Remix News reported that a Syrian migrant who stabbed a 4-year-old girl in Germany had already been deported from Saudi Arabia.

Mohamed S. (34), a Syrian-born man with Dutch citizenship, stood trial in Ravensburg, Germany, for the unprovoked attack on a minor on April 4, 2024, in a small town in Bavaria’s Allgäu region.

While standing in a supermarket with her mother, little Manuela (name changed) was set upon by Mohamed S., who stabbed her four times with a 20-centimeter kitchen knife.

The child’s stomach and intestines were severely injured, requiring emergency surgery to save her life.

Remix News also detailed in a thread the threat various children have faced in a small sampling of attacks across Europe.
