LOT Polish Airlines is the world’s third-best airline for 2023, and Europe’s second-best, according to the ranking by air passenger rights organization AirHelp Score.
LOT trailed only Qatar Airways and Lufthansa Group’s Eurowings in the ranking, which was based on three factors: punctuality, passenger reviews, and fair treatment when problems arise. LOT managed to improve its standing by 12 places compared to 2022.
LOT Polish Airlines outperformed Etihad Airways (4th), United Airlines (10th) and KLM (16th). Germany’s Lufthansa came 57th, while British Airways placed 82nd.
On the Polish domestic market, LOT came first, in front of KLM and WizzAir.
