The Cabinet Chief of the President said that negotiations over a “very important document” have been concluded, in time for President Duda’s visit to the White House on September 18th.
The document is meant to “broaden the entire spectrum of American-Polish military cooperation” and “give entry to American investment funds into the development of the region.”
If the presidents were to sign it, since the negotiations were on a working level, then it would be a very serious political declaration concerning far developed cooperation in terms of energy, military and investments.
