The U.S. administration has restored military and intelligence aid for Ukraine after the leaders’ meeting in Jeddah, Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski confirmed. The Polish Minister of Foreign Affairs reported that arms shipments at the Jasionka airport are at the previous level, reports Salon24.
After recent talks in Saudi Arabia, Ukraine agreed to the American proposal for a 30-day ceasefire. As a result, the United States resumed its interrupted military aid to the country. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha emphasized the significance of this decision, noting that Rzeszow, and especially Jasionka, is a key logistics center for arms deliveries to Ukraine.
Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski confirmed that arms deliveries via Jasionka have returned to previous levels. Today, he also met with his Ukrainian counterpart, Andrii Sybiha, in Warsaw.
“Glad to visit Warsaw and meet with Radek Sikorski to share the outcomes of our meeting in Jeddah. I am grateful to Poland for its strong support, including (the) latest military aid package. We discussed further joint steps to ensure long-term security for Ukraine and all of Europe,” FM Sybiha posted on X.
