Kosiniak-Kamysz underlined that although Law and Justice “took first place” in the elections to the Senate, the party “had not won them”, due to not having a majority like they did for the last four years. Kosiniak-Kamysz also explained that the two largest parties in the Senate and Sejm must understand and acknowledge the other blocks.
PSL’s leader denounced claims that his party will join with the Civic Coalition, but they are just waiting for KO (Civic Coaltion) to “offer more”.
“No, this means, that we want our representation to be as respected as that of the left,” he pointed out, adding that KO had gotten used to being the leader of the opposition prior to the elections, whereas there isn’t one now and instead, there are three different and equal opposition blocks.
