One who has done so quite some time ago is Viktor Orbán, serving his 14th overall and 10th consecutive year as Prime Minister of Hungary.
Point in case, his Facebook post about Wednesday’s Visegrád Four Summit in Prague:
“Coronavirus, EU budget, migration. V4 Summit in Prague.”
