Members of Antifa are celebrating the death of Aaron Danielson, also known as Jay Bishop, after the Trump supporter and member of the Patriot Prayer group was gunned down in Portland, Oregon.

Dramatic video of the shooting went viral across social media after Danielson was shot in the chest during clashes between supporters of President Donald Trump and Black Lives Matter late Saturday night.

The shooting suspect, as the newspaper Oregonian reported Sunday, is 48-year-old Michael Forest Reinoehl. Reinoehl has shown his support for Antifa in the past, posting on Instagram that he was “100% ANTIFA all the way,” and using hashtags like #blacklivesmatter and #breonnataylor.

Reinoehl has been identified as a hardcore leftist, writing on Instagram, “Every revolution needs people that are ready and willing to fight,” according to independent journalist Ian Miles Cheong, editor of Human Events.

The shooter is already being lionized by Antifa groups, who were filmed celebrating Davidson’s death on Sunday. They referred to Danielson as a ‘fascist” as they changed “Black Lives Matter” and burned the American flag.

In another video, a female protester said that she just received word that the man shot and killed was a Patriot Prayer member. She then yelled, “He was a f**king Nazi. Our community held its own and took out the trash. I am not going to shed any tears over a Nazi.”

Throughout her speech, cheers could be heard.

Reinoehl has been arrested for illegal possession of a firearm and knife at a Portland demonstration on July 5 during rioting, according to the Portland Police Bureau. He is also facing charges for separate firearms charges as well.

The shooting followed clashes that broke out as a parade of about 600 cars of Donald Trump supporters drove through the city center. As the caravan moved through the city, Black Lives Matter movement activists tried to block the path to the caravan, throwing various objects at Trump’s supporters.

In an effort to avoid crowds mobbing vehicles, some Trump supporters armed their trucks with pepper spray in what appeared as an effort to avoid being encircled.

Authorities also asked for videos, photos, and information from eyewitnesses to the incident.

Police chief Chuck Lovell said it was too early to provide information as police have yet to find out what had happened.

“If anyone can provide information on this case, I ask them to contact our detectives. This violence is completely unacceptable, and we are working hard to find and detain the person or persons responsible.”

Others took to Twitter to celebrate Danielson’s life. The man’s nickname was ‘Jay’.

Patriot Prayer’s founder, Joey Gibson, said that the murder victim was a supporter of Patriot Prayer and that he knew him well. Gibson was also in Portland on Saturday night and arrived at the crime scene shortly after the incident.

During the Republican National Convention on Thursday, Donald Trump spoke of Portland as a liberal city dominated by violence, making a return to  “law and order” in Portland one of the main points of his campaign before the November presidential election.

His son, Donald Trump Jr., took to social media to echo his sentiments and accuse the Antifa movement of being responsible for the murder in Portland.

Protests in Portland have been raging for over 90 days now, which have resulted in severe violence from Antifa protesters, including a recent incident involving a Black Lives Matter protester, Marquise Love, kicking a man in the head in a video that went viral this month.
