Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki announced that although there has been an increase in those recovering from coronavirus in Poland, based on the experiences of Belgium and the Netherlands, he warned that loosening restrictions must be adjusted to the capabilities of health services.
“We have a certain degree of control over the virus, but we cannot be sure that we have total control. Sometimes we will accelerate rolling back restrictions, but sometimes we might have to take a step backwards,” he said, adding that social distancing is not being rolled back and people should leave their homes only for necessities.
